Spoon Radiator Cap [D TYPE] - Type D

Vehicle Applications: Universal

Increases the internal pressure of the radiator from 1.1 kgf/cm2 to 1.35 kgf/cm2 to improve heat resistance and increase cooling performance. Type-D is used on most modern Honda factory radiators with the cap on the radiator. Type-F is used for aftermarket radiators or caps on the remote reservoir.

NOTE:
Type D is used for OEM radiators including 92-03 Civic, 94-01 Integra, 02+ RSX, 07+ Honda Fit
Type F is used for Koyo and other aftermarket radiators and also oem 88-91 Civic, 90-93 Integra, 97-01 Prelude.
