Shipping policy

Group N Garage is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the shipping process. We ask that you please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damages or shipping related fracture immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item, vice versa when the postal employee delivers you the package. If the package shows signs of possible damage open it right in front of the shipping provider employee and inspect the item. Group N Garage does not handle any damage requests. PLEASE make the claim with the shipping company as that's what the shipping company requires.
