With years of testing L15s on circuit track, drag strip, street driving we have realized one of the failing points is the head lifting in the L15. In 2020/21 many CivicX owners left the scene due to this failing point, and is typically still an issue in the CivicXi community but now with time and data we have resolve this issues.

A proper head stud kit is required for those seeking to install FBO or even just a tune to insure head does not lift. Our kit is designed and are confident to withstand up to 30PSI all day on the track.

The team's confidence and knowledge of withstanding these high pressures is from years of testing with this kit before releasing to the market, from over two dozen track days annually, and increasing boost much higher than 30PSI to find the head gasket was still great condition during maintenance of a year of track driving.

Our goal is reliability and typically is diminished with higher boost and bigger turbo but we can state head lifting won't be an issues with this head stud kit.

We track our L15s all season long and the purpose and design is to make sure we do not have head gasket maintenance every month.

Studs are much longer than oem and what is in the market allowing to utlize more threads into the block to secure and fasten the head down, and this includes our nuts being longer offering more threads to support the head from not lifting. 

Torque per 75 ft-lbs.
